Our plant is located at KIADB, Belur Industrial Area, Dharwad, Karnataka which provides best of the connectivity in terms of roadways, airways, railways and via sea also. Due to its location and having such a good logistics network, the facility exposes umpteen opportunities for customer to manage over the lead time and having an optimised freight cost while receiving finished products from our manufacturing unit. Nevertheless, we do have an extensive support and augmented capacity relief through our parent manufacturing units of M/s Apex Auto Limited, located at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and Bangalore, Karnataka. Keeping in consideration of these units, WELDOMAC family can easily leverage other manufacturing units also to extend full line solutions and support to our esteemed list of customer.

History

The company has been recently founded in the month of Dec 2018 under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013). The core idea and rationale behind forming this organisation was to build a robust visionary and technical team, closely knit as a family, to create a Make-In-India Structural and Engineering Solutions and delivering an unparalleled product quality meeting Global Standard of Quality, Strength and Reliability. Further to this idea, WELDOMAC family also strives towards creating a one stop solution to deliver the best fabricated solutions in most cost effective way and also demonstrating the innovating performance. We have come up with an extensive bandwidth to cater different industry segments like Railways, Construction Equipment, Heavy Engineering, Projects, Pre-Fabricated Buildings, Industrial Goods & Machinery, Downstream Steel Products for Retail Segments and Cut Components customized solutions.

The underlying philosophy was always to give back something to our manufacturing society, our nation and to humanity as a whole. This thought process has always been a catalyst factor to work and has always helped us to structure our experience and build our organisation.

Today, with more than a decade of experience working with various industries as their own team member, we have reached a cross over where we have to take the next leap. This means we had to start re-creating our own organisation brand. As a company we have always been either creating or inventing newer products and services in every assignment we take up. We found it ideal to club these two words “WELDING” and “MACHINING” with a linkage circle, “O” and brand our company as “WELDOMAC” with the name of the company as “WELDOMAC Engineering Pvt.Ltd.”.

Construction Equipment
This industry demands a reliable and robust aggregates which sustain and adjoin with equipment operation fatigue and service for long. Moreover, there is also a need to understand the intricate design of the sub-components and aggregates of machinery to attain the engineering excellence during the fabrication to comply with all designing specifications, standards and fitment. We do carry an expertise in delivering all kind of small to big fabrication components and aggregates to this industry. Our factory extends and perform all kind of fabrication related activities like Cutting, Bending, Rolling, Punching, Forming, Welding and Machining. Right from the human resources to the machinery and equipment level, we do have and demonstrate the right output which suits all kind of customer’s need.
Railways
In last few years, the demand of Make-In-India supply for Railways have taken a big leap and created a huge demand all across for different kind of products and services including fabricated aggregates and components. This is towards Indian Railways, Freight Corridors Chain, Metro Coaches and other Mass Transit system on similar lines of utility. For this industry, passenger safety is most critical components which in turn promised by the reliable, robust and sound design of the finished products. While the design has to be so quality compliant and sufficient, the aggregates and components which further make the final finished products, must comprehend the similar robustness, reliability and quality to achieve the final promised output in terms of finished product.
Heavy Construction
There are many different sectors propounds the requirement of complex and big structures as such as some fabricated finished products. To name a few, sectors like Bridge Construction, Shipping Industry, Defence, Power & Nuclear Sectors, PEB Industry and many more as such.
